 At Akins & Rassette, since our goal is to establish long term relationships with our clients, our mission with our Collection Services is to quickly, efficiently, and ethically obtain results for our clients by collecting their account receivables.  At Akins & Rassette, client satisfaction is our first priority.  We are experienced in assisting a variety of creditors obtain their main goal, which is the recovery of the account from debtors, while still maintaining full compliance with the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,  the North Carolina Consumer Protection Act, and all other applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.   In general, we can help with following:
